TRAINING PROGRAMS

These programs are for anyone who is keen to advance in their training. Each program has been pre-designed with a certain focus in mind. This allows you to take the thought out of programming your own workouts as all my pre-designed programs have been set up ready to go.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

You will have the opportunity to improve your strength, overall fitness levels and body composition with each program. Each workout I have personally tried and tested myself.

You will also get to utilise the KMF App which helps you to keep track of your workouts and progress!

8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

“Train like Kaitlyn” is a pre-designed 8-week training program based on my own personal training. It is suitable for anyone who is aiming to create more shape to their body and improve their fitness.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This program is designed for anyone who is up for the challenge. Adjustments can be made within the App to suit your needs and ability. This program is designed for those with at least 12 months training experience.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

You will get to train like me and experience my own personal training routines.

8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

“Glute Builder” is the ultimate program if you are looking to build strong, rounded glutes. It is an 8-week training program with a focus on lower body sculpting. All parts of the glutes are worked in this program to ensure fullness is being created.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This program is designed for those wanting to build bigger glutes. Adjustments are able to be made within the Kaitlyn Marie Fitness App, ensuring a tailorable approach for everyone. It is recommended to have had at least 12 months training experience prior to starting “Glute Builder”.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

You will build, shape and tone the glutes, while still ensuring the whole body is trained each week.

8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

“Full Body Beginner (Gym)” is a great program for anyone who is starting out in the gym. It is 8-weeks and is absolute beginner friendly. This program focuses on full body workouts and teaching the foundations. “Full Body Beginner (Gym)” is also great for those who have had a break from the gym recently and want to focus on essential movement patterns.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This Program is great for absolute beginners in the gym, those recently coming back, and anyone who wants to dial in on the basics. It will set up the foundations of weight training, so anyone would benefit from this program.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

You will experience a foundational program which helps teach important movements in the gym. Helping you build overall strength and fitness.
